Duties and Responsibilities:

·       Accounting entries.

• Follows up with the banks.
• Keeps the insurance policies up to date and do necessary follow up with the broker.
• Petty cash operations.
• Bank and suppliers reconciliation.
• Calculates program’s cost by episode.
• Prepares the monthly grid cost.
• Prepares internal reporting.
• Prepares and make payments.
• Follows up with the distribution income.
• Inters companies’ entries.
• Prepare needed files for the VAT submission.
• Assists the auditors.
• Purchasing (papers-stationary-mazout).
